Shipping Policy

Celara Health offers free standard shipping on all orders to Australia and the United States with orders priced over $100 AUD

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days of placement. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

• Australia: 7–14 business days after dispatch
• United States: 10–18 business days after dispatch
• Other international destinations: Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and estimated delivery time.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or events outside our control.

All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for it to become active in the carrier's system.

For Australian orders, GST is included in the product price. You bear the responsibility for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply to international orders upon delivery. Celara Health is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If the issue persists, contact us at support (celarahealth@gmail.com) with your order number, and we will investigate promptly.

Celara Health is not liable for orders lost as a result of an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
